While other sculptors carve, cut, and burnish, I gather discarded bark, seeds, vines, etc. of Ohio hardwoods. My goal is to celebrate the textures, colors, and vibrancy of bark by creating sculptured, wearable bark masks with a compressed, hand-dyed paper base.
