Column-ing and Blogging

My first poem was published in 1972. “Dogtooth Violet” was inspired by the wildflowers that my grandfather introduced me to that year. They still grow in the wetland forest of The Quarry Farm Nature Preserve & Conservation Farm behind our house, and I still write about them and other (mostly wild) things.
